Marketplace Model
HustleLink is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. All sales made through HustleLink are transactions between the buyer and the individual seller operating their storefront. HustleLink is not a party to these transactions.
Seller Refund Policies
Each seller on HustleLink sets their own refund and cancellation policy. These policies may vary between sellers and product types. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review the seller's specific refund policy, which is displayed on their storefront.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact the seller directly through their storefront or using the contact information provided in your order confirmation. HustleLink does not process refunds directly for marketplace transactions.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unable to resolve a refund issue directly with a seller, you may contact HustleLink support. We may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers at our discretion. However, the final decision on refunds remains with the seller unless there is a violation of our platform policies.
Platform Billing Issues
For issues related to platform-level billing (such as subscription charges for sellers), please contact us at support@hustlelink.app. We will review and process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.
