Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and guidelines for using HustleLink. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to take action against any user who violates these guidelines.

HustleLink is designed to be a local marketplace where individual sellers and small businesses can create storefronts to sell:

• Homemade and cottage food products
• Handmade crafts and artisan goods
• Baked goods and prepared foods
• Local produce and farm products
• Handcrafted items and artistic creations

The platform is intended for legitimate small-scale commerce within local communities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HustleLink:

Illegal Activities

• Selling illegal goods or services
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Tax evasion or operating without required licenses
• Violation of any local, state, or federal laws

Fraud and Deception

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Posting false or misleading product descriptions
• Bait-and-switch tactics
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Phishing or attempting to steal user credentials

Prohibited Items

• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Stolen merchandise
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Recalled or unsafe products
• Products requiring licenses you don't possess

Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Denial of service attacks or platform interference

Harmful Content

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Sexually explicit or obscene material
• Content that exploits minors
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

Sellers on HustleLink must:

• Accurately represent products with clear descriptions and honest photos
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Fulfill orders as described in their storefront
• Disclose all relevant information (ingredients, allergens, materials)
• Maintain proper food safety practices when selling food items
• Handle disputes professionally and in good faith
• Keep storefront information current and accurate

Buyers on HustleLink must:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Honor agreed-upon pickup or delivery arrangements
• Communicate respectfully with Sellers
• Submit honest and fair reviews
• Report legitimate issues rather than filing fraudulent disputes
• Not engage in chargebacks for items properly received

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately:

When reporting, please provide:

• The storefront or user involved
• Description of the violation
• Screenshots or evidence if available
• Your contact information for follow-up

All reports are reviewed and kept confidential. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to accused parties.

Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at HustleLink's sole discretion:

Warning

For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and require corrective action.

Temporary Suspension

For repeated or more serious violations, accounts may be suspended for a specified period.

Permanent Termination

Severe violations, illegal activity, or repeated offenses will result in permanent account termination. Terminated users may not create new accounts.

Legal Action

We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing support@hustlelink.com within 14 days of the action. Include your account information and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of HustleLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
