All reports are reviewed and kept confidential. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to accused parties.
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at HustleLink's sole discretion:
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and require corrective action.
For repeated or more serious violations, accounts may be suspended for a specified period.
Severe violations, illegal activity, or repeated offenses will result in permanent account termination. Terminated users may not create new accounts.
We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing support@hustlelink.com within 14 days of the action. Include your account information and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of HustleLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
